Terms and Conditions

Please read the booking terms and conditions below.

1. All bookings are valid for one year from the date of payment.
2. If flights are cancelled, usually for inclement weather or any other reason Imagination Balloon Flights® cannot be held liable for consequential loss or expense howsoever caused, we will always undertake with agreement to re-schedule your flight. It is the passenger's responsibility to maintain contact with the office to arrange re-booking.
3. At least eight diary attempts (bookings) to fly must be made within one year of the vouchers issue date, in line with the procedures illustrated in the enclosed Passenger Information booklet, otherwise the voucher will expire automatically.
4. In the event of cancellation of Flight Vouchers, (which are refundable only in exceptional circumstances) by you, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee per person. If taken within the 14 day cancellation period this is not charged (See 9 below).
5. No refunds will be given for cancellation of or failure to arrive for a pre-arranged flight.
6. Failure to report at the launch site or to telephone for final flight information as requested would be deemed as cancellation.
7. Imagination Balloon Flights® will not be liable for the loss or damage of clothing personal effects such as cameras, videos etc… and are carried entirely at the owners risk and by permission of the pilot.
8. Flights and calls may be recorded for training purposes by Imagination Balloon Flights®.
9. Flight Vouchers have a 14 day refund option from date of purchase.
10. We are not qualified to express an opinion confirming you are fit to fly and you insure you are fit to fly. You must not fly if you are suffering from any serious medical condition or have recently undergone surgery unless you have a certificate of your fitness to fly from your doctor. You must not fly if you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
11. It is not our policy to return calls on mobile telephone networks.
12. These Terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights.
